We offer flat rate shipping across Australia for $9.95.
Standard orders are processed within 3-4 business days before it is shipped to you. We’ll always do our best to get it shipped sooner if we can. We use Australia Post for all our retail orders, so orders are delivered weekdays and unfortunately do not come with a guaranteed delivery time. Parcels are tracked and tracking details will be sent to you so you can follow the journey of your order. Email us if there is an issue with your delivery.

If you are local to Caloundra, please select FREE LOCAL PICK UP at check out and let us know when you’d like to pick up.Our warehouse is open from 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and different hours each week on Fridays and Saturdays, so message us to make a time.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping across Australia is $14.95.
Express orders will be prioritised and will be shipped out with Australia Post within 1-2 business days. The exact time to get to you depends on Australia Post and your location. Again you can track this with your shipping information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are now offering shipping worldwide through our website. Prices will be calculated at check out, based on your location and order size. Pleas be aware that there may be customs taxes added on delivery in your country at your own cost.
RETURNS
We hope that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable and we value the time you have spent on our website shopping with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or if incorrect information is given to us.
If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.
