If you gave us the incorrect address and it is returned to us, we will send it again, but you will have to pay shipping.
If you pay standard shipping, we pack and ship within 3-4 days. Then it goes standard postage.

If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.
All our kits are made with non-toxic paints and glues and our play dough and clay are natural.
However we do use glass jars, so supervision is always required.
We do not recommend our kits for under 3 year olds.
Our kits are all plastic free and we opt to use tin, paper or glass to house our materials.
However to keep air drying clay dry and to house clay powders, we use landfill bio-degradable ziplock bags from Bio Gone.
